Only the NDP have a chance of beating Conservative incumbent Dona Cadman, wife of former Surrey North MP Chuck Cadman, who won by just over 1,000 votes in 2008. A small amount of traditional Liberal and Green voters voting NDP could take this seat away from Harper.
