This riding was represented by the NDP from 1988-2004, before the Conservative incumbent Andrew Scheer took over the seat. With a 5000 + vote loss in 2008, there is a lot of ground to be made up, but NDP candidate and city councilor Fred Clipsham has the best chance of winning the seat back.
