Candidates

NDP incumbent Linda Duncan unseated Conservative Bad Boy Rahim Jaffer by just 463 votes in 2008. This victory was aided by large numbers of supporters moving to support the candidate best positioned to defeat the Conservatives in Edmonton-Strathcona. This riding will be won by the NDP or the Conservatives. In this close race, New Democrat Linda Duncan is the only choice to defeat the Conservatives.
