Liberal incumbent Scott Simms has won with increasing margins since 2004 -- a healthy 70% margin in 2008, but it was much closer in 2006 without Danny Williams running his ABC Campaign. That may be a factor again, but Mr. Simms is commanding healthy lead so a Conservative win seems unlikely. Vote your preference.
